Last updated: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy (Privacy Notice) explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit gamesjuego.com (the "Site") and play the free browser games available on it. We process personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) and, where applicable to visitors from other countries, with the data protection laws that apply to them, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for the processing of your personal data (data controller) is:
NOVELTY CORP DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V.C. Monseñor Guízar y Valencia 23, San Andres Atoto, Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México, C.P. 53000
Phone: (55)21-22-34-74
SCIAN: 713299
Email: info@gamesjuego.com
2. What data we collect
You can use the Site and play all games without creating an account or registering. We collect only the following data:
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language, referring page, pages visited, date and time of access. This data is recorded in server logs and by the advertising and analytics technologies described below.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored on your device by the Site, by our advertising partners and by the providers of embedded games (see sections 5 and 6).
- Data you send us voluntarily: if you write to info@gamesjuego.com, we receive your email address, your name (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, payment data or government identifiers, and we ask you not to send such data to us.
3. Why we use your data
Primary purposes (necessary to provide the Site):
- to display the Site and the games correctly on your device;
- to keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix technical errors;
- to answer your questions, requests and complaints sent by email;
- to comply with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
Secondary purposes (not necessary to provide the Site, but they help us keep it free):
- to show advertising, including advertising personalised to your interests;
- to prepare aggregated statistics on how the Site is used in order to improve it.
If you do not want your data to be used for the secondary purposes, you can tell us at any time by writing to info@gamesjuego.com and you can also disable personalised advertising as described in section 5. Refusing the secondary purposes will not prevent you from using the Site.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar jurisdictions, the legal bases are: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (primary purposes), your consent for non-essential cookies and personalised advertising, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with:
- hosting and technical service providers that store and deliver the Site on our behalf;
- advertising partners, in particular Google (Google AdSense), as described in section 5;
- providers of embedded games, as described in section 6;
- competent authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers are located outside Mexico (for example, in the United States or the European Union), so your data may be transferred internationally. Such transfers are made to providers that apply appropriate safeguards and only for the purposes described in this Policy.
5. Advertising and Google cookies
The Site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center (Ads Settings).
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, at www.youronlinechoices.eu.
- More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Where required by law, a consent banner will ask for your permission before non-essential cookies are used. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site and the games will keep working, although some games may not save your progress.
6. Embedded games from third parties
Many games on the Site are embedded from external game providers (for example, game portals and developers' own websites). When you open a game page, the game is loaded directly from the provider's servers, and that provider may receive your IP address and technical data, set its own cookies or use local storage (for example, to save your game progress), and show its own advertising. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We recommend reviewing them if you have any questions.
7. How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and technical purposes and are then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with our legal obligations. Cookie lifetimes are set by the provider that places them.
8. Your rights (ARCO rights)
You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to Cancel (delete) it, and to Oppose its use for specific purposes. You may also revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data. Visitors covered by the GDPR also have the rights to restriction of processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info@gamesjuego.com with: your name and an email address to reply to; a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise; and any information that helps us locate your data. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within the time limits established by applicable law. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
9. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and does not require registration. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has sent us personal data, contact us at info@gamesjuego.com and we will delete it. We recommend that parents supervise their children's use of the Internet and of the games available on the Site.
10. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction and unauthorised access or use. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the data we handle.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law or in how the Site works. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Please also review our Terms & Conditions.
12. Contact
